About the Author / Artist

Mike Cecotka is a contemporary artist and author whose work explores stillness, reflection, and emotional clarity. Through a combination of visual art, poetry, and guided writing practices, he creates experiences that help people slow down and reconnect with themselves.

His book Finding Stillness blends art and reflective prompts to support stress relief and personal insight. His live events expand on this work through audience-interactive readings and guided reflection sessions.

His audience-interactive keynotes and workshops are well-suited for art museums, conferences, and corporations seeking to support mental well-being for their audiences and employees.

All business activities contribute to crowdfunding a multi-year spiritual documentary project, Finding Stillness Asia, beginning with Thailand in 2027.
